Capillaroscopy
Capillaroscopy was performed by Mediscope Digital Video Microscope (Optilia,
Sweden). 100x magnification was used. Images were obtained at nailfold skin and at
the edge of the wound before and after treatments with PVR System. In each image
capillary density was measured.
